Restoration Company Office Manager / Coordinator

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

Experience: 2–3 years required

Location: Goodyear, AZ

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Office Manager/Coordinator to support our restoration team. If you’re organized, great with people, and comfortable keeping multiple moving parts on track, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily office operations and support project managers
  • Schedule crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and updates
  • Maintain documentation, job files, and insurance-related paperwork
  • Track progress, deadlines, and follow-up tasks
  • Assist with estimating, billing, and production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in office management, coordination, construction/restoration support, or a related field
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Solid ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable with basic software tools (QuickBooks, Dash, or similar experience is a plus)
  • Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us
